What if I already have email hosting?

If you're subscribing to one of our O365 packages, the migration is on us. You'll also benefit from free Office 365 support, upgrades, resets and changes as standard.

Do you offer any additional services?

What does the remote IT support service include?

All Remote IT Support packages include the following as standard:

  • Unlimited remote support cases and case management
  • Daily diagnostics and remote health checks
  • Licenced and managed anti-virus software
  • PC patch Management
  • Software upgrades
  • IT Strategy Consulting
  • Bi-annual service review meetings
  • Onsite support in the event that an in-scope issue cannot be resolved remotely
  • New machine setup
  • Project assistance (additional cost, depending on scope)
  • Backup monitoring and reporting (if subscribed to backup package)
  • As your business cannot afford downtime, we offer a standard guarantee on ticket response times within working hours. We will have somebody looking at your issue within 2 business hours, or your monthly fee credited (for affected machine).
Can you view or control my screen without my permission?

No, we are not able to view or control you screen or files until you have responded to a pop-up on your computer granting access for remote IT support. Similarly, once we have closed remote access to your computer, we will not be able to access it again until you have again requested and confirmed remote access. We will have the ability to install/administer your anti-virus software and monitor your PC to proactively prevent issues, but this takes place in the background and does not affect your usage of the PC.

Is remote access secure?

Yes. There is a secure, 256-bit connection between the support engineer’s computer and your computer that prevents anyone else from getting access or seeing what’s happening on your computer. This is the same type and level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

 

Is remote support easy?

Yes. After you have followed initial setup steps (with guidance) you don’t need to do anything. Simply email us to make us aware of your issue and one of our specialist IT support technicians will investigate your issue, just as if he was sitting at your desk.
